We pay commissions on the successful unconditional contract of sale being finalised.

This commission is paid as follows

1. Unconditional sale contract where Land Settlement and slab has been paid then 100% of the total commission paid.
2. In the case of payment on completion sales then the full commission is payable on completion.
   

We have 2 types of structure for payment of commissions

1. Where you refer the buyer to us and do nothing else Method 1
   You simply refer the buyer to us and sit back for us to sell the property and then we keep you and your client informed of the progress .You don’t need to do anything like displaying the property or sign up the contract or handle any queries at all.
2. Real Estate Agents
   In this case, you introduce the buyer and do all things necessary to ensure the smooth running of the sale from start to completion. This includes signing of all contracts, collecting monies, finance, and following through the sale until settlement.

Conditions payable on the basis that a disclosure statement is signed by the buyer acknowledging that commissions are payable to you.
